Get Started With WIC

WIC has returned to in-person appointments. Clients will have the option to complete their appointments over the phone (ARPA waivers for physical presence only), with the MyNCWIC portal, via video conferencing, or in person.

Clients choosing virtual appointments are still required to provide WIC with proof of their address, ID, and income. For virtual appointments, you can send in required documents by emailing your documents to WIC, faxing the information to our local agency, uploading the documents to the MyNCWIC portal, or showing staff your documents in a video conference.

Set up your MyNCWIC Portal.
