Ways to Pay Water & Sewer Bill

Use the Brunswick County Customer Portal to view and pay your bill online.

Pay by Check (No Fees)

Pay by check directly through the Brunswick County Customer Portal. There are no convenience fees applied to payments through the Customer Portal.

Pay by Debit or Credit Card (Some Fees Apply)

Customers paying by debit or credit card in the Customer Portal will be directed to the Official Payments website to pay their bill. There is a $2.95 per transaction convenience fee for debit card payments and a 2.6% convenience fee for credit card payments with a $1 minimum.

Pay by withdrawing the balance on your utility account from your checking or savings bank account using an Automatic Bank Draft. The withdrawal will occur on your bill's due date.

You must provide the following information to set up an Automatic Bank Draft:

• A completed Bank Draft Authorization Form (PDF) (we must have your original signature on file)
• A voided check
• A copy of your driver's license

You can submit this information to Utility Billing the following ways:

• In-Person at Utility Billing at the 3769 Old Ocean Highway, Bolivia, NC 28422 (Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm)
• Mail to Utility Billing, P.O. Box 469, Bolivia, NC 28422
• Email Utility Billing

Pay by phone through Official Payments by following the steps below. There is a $2.95 per transaction convenience fee for debit card payments and a 2.6% convenience fee for credit card payments with a $1 minimum.

2. Select Option 3
3. Enter Jurisdiction Code 3951
4. Enter Your Account Number and Payment Information

Please include the payment stub found at the bottom of your bill and write your account number on your check before placing them in an envelope.

The envelope can then be deposited into the Dropbox in front of the Brunswick County Utility Billing building located at 3769 Old Ocean Highway, Bolivia, NC 28422.

Only check payments are allowed in the Dropbox. Do not submit cash payments.

Pay in-person by cash or check only at Utility Billing at the Brunswick County Utility Billing location.

Pay by mailing a check to the bank lockbox processing address using the return envelope provided with your bill. Include the payment stub at the bottom of your bill and write your account number on your check before mailing.

Customers who pay through their bank bill pay should also use the lockbox address with the understanding that this payment is not always electronic. Your bank may send a paper check to Utility Billing.

Utility Billing must receive your payment by the due date to avoid penalties. You are encouraged to mail your payments at least 7 to 10 days before your due date to avoid potential postal delays.
