BOLIVIA, N.C. – Brunswick County Library expanded access to library resources across the county with the launch of its new Bookmobile this month.
“This new mobile Library branch brings the wide variety of resources and services that we offer to the community,” Library Director Patricia Dew said. “I am excited to reach community members who may not be able to make it to one of our existing Library branches.”
As a mobile branch of the Brunswick County Library, the Bookmobile plays an important role in bringing Library services to underserved areas of the county and enriching the community with lifelong learning and entertainment. With the Bookmobile, community members can:
- Get a library card
- Browse and check out materials
- Place materials on hold from other branches to be picked up at your Bookmobile stop
- Return Library materials
- Attend programs
- Get assistance with online resources
- Use free public Wi-Fi
