Overview

Mission

Serves as an advisory oversight board to the Health and Human Services departments of Brunswick County. Official, signed minutes are available for inspection in person at the Health Services office.

Membership

All members serve 3-year terms.

  • 10 members, appointed by the Board of Commissioners
  • One dentist, one engineer, one nurse, one optometrist, one pharmacist, one physician, one veterinarian, and three members of the public
  • One Commissioner serves as an ex-officio member
