People 6 months to 17 years of age are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. Third Additional Doses
Third additional doses of the Pfizer vaccines for moderately to severely immunocompromised people are available to eligible community members. Individuals are required to self-attest to being moderately to severely immunocompromised when they arrive for their third dose appointment. Third additional doses should be administered at least 28 days after the second dose.
Note: With the bivalent vaccine authorization, the monovalent mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are no longer authorized. The bivalent vaccines are the only available COVID-19 boosters.
Get an updated booster if you:
- Are 6 months old or older
- Got your last booster or vaccine at least two months ago
This booster offers the most up-to-date protection against the latest COVID-19 variants. It is the only booster available.
Adults can take any brand of booster that is available to their age group, no matter what brand their initial vaccine was. Talk to a doctor, nurse or pharmacist if you have questions about what booster is right for you.
